Accommodation & Transportation
Accommodation for all participants will be arranged on a payment basis in the IUAC Guest, Govt guest houses and the Hotels in the vicinity of the IUAC campus. Free to and fro transportation will be provided to all participants from the designated guest houses and hotels to the venue.
1. Accommodation in Govt Guest House
The booking of the accommodation in the IUAC Guest and other Govt guest houses will be done on a first come first serve basis. Participants are requested to send an email to nccs29delhi@gmail.com to book accommodation in the following guest houses.
The students will be given preference for the IUAC guest houses/hostel for the shared accommodation on a first come first serve basis at a nominal charge

- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Payment terms: Direct paid by guest or Prepaid bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to the check-in date for bulk bookings.
- 50% of the room rate will be charged for cancellations made between 3 days before check-in.
- Full room rate will be charged for cancellations made 1 day before check-in.
